This Franklin Mint collectible cat plate features Bill Bell's artwork. Here are cats and kittens dressed in clerical garb. They are acting as choir members, bell ringers and musicians as they celebrate communion. The porcelain plate, made in Portugal, is 8" in diameter and it features a gold rim.
